This week we will look at another book by Jason Reynolds (see Sunny from September First Chapter Friday). Ghost is the first in the series of four books. Ghost, also known as Castle Crenshaw lives with his mother while his dad is in prison. Ghost finds himself on his school track team, the story tells of his experiences and hardships.

Ghost is one of our Tournament of Books choices. It was voted beyond round one and has moved into round 2. In addition, this book is one of our sixth-grade book club choices.
